I've been with Midas Westbrook for 18 years now. There's a reason for it, too: they are super easy to deal with and do good work. Also, they are HONEST, a rare virtue in a car repair shop. Jackie is practically a family friend-- she asks about my wife and kids, talks to me about my work, and gives me and everyone else personal attention. Never a bad experience with 'em. Use this place with confidence.
I went in to find out why my check engine light was on and I was annoyed that I was charged a diagnostic fee of well over $100. However, after leaving a negative review on here I was personally contacted by the owner who explained why his prices are the way they are and went out of his way to make sure I didn't leave the experience with a bad taste in my mouth. He was very courteous about it and I feel justified in changing my review from two stars to five.
