I have never before seen the dedication I have experienced with Dr. Mike Rubenstein. He consistently lets me know the results of labs, etc, as soon as he sees and interprets them. I have received calls on weekend evenings while he was on vacation, for instance, just to let me know all was normal. His manner is "no nonsense" and very straightforward which I appreciate very much. He seems to be well versed in all aspects of his concentration of Internal Medicine thus instilling a high degree of confidence in me as my Primary Care Physician. Highly recommend.
Bad news first: I really shouldn't have to ask for a receipt and give a reason when I make a co-pay. Reception never seems like they want to assist me.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Michael Rubinstein for more than twenty years. His concern and dedication for our health and welfare is without equal. Hr personally calls us with the results of tests as soon as they are available.
That being said, I've seen most of the MDs at this office at one time or another and can especially recommend Dr Kenkre and Dr Lai as being friendly, helpful, and willing to speak with me at an adult level. As a young woman in a health-care field, I really appreciated not being treated brusquely like I have at another doc. No tests without explanations, for example.
