The staff was very professional and the therapy was helpful. My therapy was discontinued in a very unprofessional manner. I received a phone call stating that my therapy sessions we're over. I should have been told that this was your last session and there would be a review of the exercises I need to perform at home. I will not recommend your organization. It lacked a degree of professionalism.
I can't say enough about Scott and the team at PTSMC - they have been terrific in helping me to both manage my pain and rebuild my strength so I can return to my normal active lifestyle. Not only are they knowledgeable, they are friendly and make the visits enjoyable.
I have made great progress since my first visit! My confidence is high and my expectations are higher that my range of motion , strength and flexibility will be restored to my pre surgery status! First, I thought my only path forward was spine surgery but after 3 weeks of physical therapy, the excruciating pain has been mostly relieved, I can sit and concentrate (both were impossible for me) and with continued progress I now hope to be able to have a normal life without the surgery (here's hoping!). Thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Westbrook - they are the first to treat the cause not the symptom and it's working.
