Got treated like garbage. The woman in Finance (Vanessa) was SO EXTREMELY RUDE. Here's the story of my experience.

I would have hoped this would be the last time i had to even think about Vanessa, however when my first lease payment was due, 2 weeks or so before I needed to pay - i noticed that i had not gotten my account number in the mail. I attempted to contact my sales representative Jeff, however he was not in. They said they would have to transfer me to Finance. The phone rang once, and put me over to voicemail (common for someone ignoring a call). And who's voicemail did i get? Oh yes. Vanessa.

I called and left voicemail's 5 more times.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. SERIOUSLY.

I waited for 6 hours for paperwork to be done when I went in on the initial buy day. When i went back to get my plates, i had to wait 2.5 hours, because only 1 person had access to the vault where they kept their plates. ONE PERSON IN THE ENTIRE DEALERSHIP. This one person would be Vanessa. When I walked in, they told me that Vanessa was "on a delivery"....Obviously, me not being a car sales person thought she was off property - literally making a delivery of some kind. Stranger things happen i'm sure. No. This phrase meant that she was sitting in her office the entire time we were there with new prospective customers. It wasn't until after hour 1, when I asked someone when she would be back. This is the point when they informed me that she had been here the entire time, but couldn't dare to bother her. I mean, her getting up for a minute would DEFINITELY make her lose this sale....right? So i asked where she was, and at that time was pointed in the direction of her office. That's when she looked away from the other folks in her office to see me looking at her. THEN she gives me a rude, crooked smile and a circle wave from behind the comfort of her desk. I have never been SO ANGRY IN MY LIFE. That is when i demanded they put my dealer plates back on so i could go somewhere before I got even more angry. I was gone for another hour before they called me to come back. . .

She never called me back. No one called me back, and I had to figure it out myself.

I have been very happy with my service and impressed with the very helpful and knowledgeable assistance that I have gotten at all levels at Westbrook Honda over the last year. I have been particularly impressed with the extent to which service agents have gone out of their way to look into my particular issues and any warranties/discounts/or special offers that may apply to work that I am considering (or in the process of) having done. I feel very well cared for here and recommend you to everyone that I know. Even though I live closer to other dealerships and service center, I have always felt at home at Westbrook Honda. Thanks to all for their hard work. I won't be going anywhere else for my Honda service and purchases.

I just totaled my car and was interested in buying a 2017 SUV - After test driving 4 SUV's - My decision was to purchase a Honda CR-V - My Salesmen Leo was very knowledgeable and patient. Vanessa was very helpful in the finance area. In Honda Management was also very helpful in getting me in a SUV as soon as possible. And the CR-V topped my expectations. All in All - a great Experience.

PLEASE read the low reviews for this dealership before purchasing. The staff there had completely ignored me from the moment I walked into the dealership. I was even pushed off by the first salesman I spoke to because as soon as he heard that I was searching for a pre-owned vehicle he suddenly 'had to leave in 15 minutes' so he said he would find someone else. Why even attempt to help if you truly were leaving? After I the salesman was replaced I essentially was still on my own since I received almost no feedback on any of the cars I was looking at. The absolute worst part about my experience was after actually finding a car I wanted and drawing paperwork, down and even setting a deposit on the car since it was 'currently being looked at by another buyer' while my credit was being ran the next day. I had cash in hand for a massive down payment and was fully ready to buy the car the very next morning. I was IGNORED for two days with only a call to remind me that I was not forgotten and I will be promptly taken care of. At this point I've not only found another dealership willing to actually work with me but for the exact same car with less mileage and a MUCH better price. Truly the reviews on this place aren't wrong. This place is amazing at sending their business to other local dealerships.

Steve was very honest and straight to the point. Very polite customer service overall. Anthony handled all financial work and was awesome.
