My husband and I had an exceptional experience at Westbrook Toyota. We worked with salesman John Woo who was by far one the of the best we've ever worked with. He is very personable, patient, explained our options very well and answered a million questions without missing a beat. Everyone we talked with greeted us and seemed happy to be there (even on a holiday weekend!). We are very happy Westbrook Toyota worked so well with us to give us a deal and give us a better, reliable vehicle.
I went to Stacey Coleman after my mother purchased a used car from her at Westbrook Toyota knowing I wanted a pre-owned Honda and of course, she delivered. Stacey is friendly, professional, and beyond helpful, not at all pushy like many car sales associates. She listened to what I wanted rather than trying to sell me a car I had no interest in or that was over my budget. My car is in amazing condition and I could not be happier with it; not to mention, they did allow me to negotiate a lower price!
John Woo is excellent. He has great interpersonal skills, engaging and was supportive during the process of us buying the Rav4. I believe that the purchase of this vehicle took place because of his ability & talent in sales experience. We might be interested in leasing or buying another vehicle soon such as a Camry and would return to work with John because of his ability and trusting behavior when working with him.
