The nurses here were nice. And the facility is nice and well taken care of.
I had to request my own blood tests through the nurses. The entire time I was on both visits I felt like this doctor couldn't care less about me as a patient and definitely didn't listen to what I had to say. When you're in severe pain and concerned about something you want to be treated like a priority and like the staff cares about your well-being and care. While the nurses did a good job, the doctor did not. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone and will make the 45min trip to Yale in the future.
My complaint is with their doctor, Dr Holmes. I came here on 2 different occasions after having a joint fusion surgery as this facility is closer to where I live than Yale. Both times I was treated like I was an inconvenience. I was told that he had been "doing this for 20yrs and he already knew what my doctor would say". Turns out my doctor didn't say what he insisted he would and I was referred to go to Yale's ER.
